Usage Guide
Overview
The Free Fire Craftland UID Tool helps players update map UIDs by replacing the old map’s UID with a new one and export map metadata as a .meta file.
- Advanced Mode: Simplified for normal users. Upload map files, optionally enter new UID (number), view basic map info.
- Dev Mode: Advanced control with decimal/hex UID input for new and old maps, detailed hex data, and offsets.
Workflow
- In the New Map UID section, upload a new map file (e.g., ProjectData_slot_X.bytes or new.bytes) or enter its UID (Advanced: number like 9781816437; Dev: decimal or hex like F5 D8 AA B8 24).
- In the Old Map UID section, upload an old map file (e.g., ProjectData_slot_Y.bytes or old.bytes). In Dev mode, optionally enter its current UID (e.g., 937791398 or A6 9F 96 BF 03).
- Review the table for extracted info (Advanced: UID, map name, description; Dev: includes hex and offsets).
- Click "Download Map Info (.meta)" to export metadata as JSON.
- Click "Download Modified Map" to get the old map with the new UID.
Troubleshooting
- Incorrect UID: Verify UID matches the map file (e.g., new: 9781816437 → F5 D8 AA B8 24; old: 937791398 → A6 9F 96 BF 03 in Dev mode). Use Dev mode’s hex context.
- UID Not Found: In Dev mode, check hex context or use a hex editor (e.g., HxD).
- Map Name/Description Issues: In Dev mode, inspect Name/Description Hex. Share a hex dump if incorrect.
- File Errors: Use valid .bytes files (e.g., ProjectData_slot_X.bytes, new.bytes, old.bytes).
- Invalid UID Input: Advanced: Use numbers (0–1099511627775). Dev: Decimal (0–1099511627775) or hex (10 chars, e.g., F5D8AAB824).
